The Windmill is a Stonehouse Pizza and Carvery with a rectangular public bar with high tables, a dartboard and a pool table to the right. The much larger left hand side is a separate lounge dining area with a carvery on the rear wall. Televisions throughout were showing muted Sky Sports News and background music played. The bar supports standard keg alongside Peroni and there were three unused handpumps in each bar. This is a comfortable pub, but the service was painfully slow. This isn’t somewhere I plan to revisit.
