A must if your a football fan, in particular Rangers. I would not advise this bar if your a Celtic fan !
One of the best pints of heavy I have ever had, and only £ 2.60 fantastic value. Bar staff and locals were very pleasant, although I was a bit intimidated by the decor, although the locals soon settled my nerves. Saturday night was very busy, it was like a small night club, good music and lots of ladies.
And the door stewards at the pub made it a very safe night for us all, I will def be back, great pint of Tennants as well.

You can’t accuse this place of not wearing its heart on its sleeve. If the red, white and blue lights outside don’t make it obvious, as soon as you step through the door you’ll be greeted by a Union Jack with a Rangers crest in the middle. The seats are blue with red edging and even the radiators are painted blue, which I’m not sure is particularly energy efficient. The blue wallpapered walls are hung with pictures of Rangers stars, past and present, Ibrox Stadium, a real Rangers jersey, scarves commemorating European matches and the Battle of the Boyne. This is not somewhere to frequent if you’re uncomfortable with that sort of thing, although it was very quiet when I went in, despite it being a Friday night. In its defence, I had an excellent pint of McEwan’s Export there, although I’d advise Celtic supporters to head for the “Cross Keys” instead.
