Graham Coombs left this review about Baverstock Arms

Recreation of an Edwardian pub in award-winning living history museum. It's a bit sad when you have to go to a museum to find a pub, but at least it gives an idea of what some of our present run-down establishments were like 100 years ago when new! Actually not unpleasant, and would happily visit if on a real high street. Beers on offer were London Pride and Gales Seafarers, sadly squeezed through a tight sparkler which I doubt was very Edwardian but otherwise drinkable. Adjacent exhibit includes material from much-missed Horndean Brewery. Open lunchtime session every day - museum admission payable(£9.50 at time of writing)
