Al Bundy left this review about Cobblestones

A trendy canal side bar on 2 floors. No real ale at all. A fishtank is situated on one wall and it probably has more fish in it than the canal outside. The upper area is mezzanine like though I didn't go upstairs. Some of the windows have a shattered glass theme that just makes it look like there was murder the night before. I guess its a pleasant place in summer but it was too cold today for outside sitting. Its not really for me but I don't think they're aiming for miserable middle aged blokes like me.

Real Ale Ray left this review about Cobblestones

All fonts in here so no real ale to be found. The interior is very modern and looked more like a night club. The main bar is situated over on the right and had a perplex front with orange lights behind, the counter top was solid oak. There was a chrome and glass staircase leading to the first floor which also had a small bar over in the far corner. A place to attract the younger crowd.

Alan Winfield left this review about Cobblestones

Cobblestones is the new name for this converted canalside building.
Once inside it all looks quite modern, the room is square shaped with the bar on the left side, the seating is a few normal tables and chairs and uncomfortable low setees, there is more seating on the upper levels.
There are now no pumps on the bar,so keg beers only,i opted for a half of Blue Moon, not sure if it is a lager or what, when i had my first few sips,i had a strange taste in my mouth,i then realised that there was a slice of orange in my drink, this spoilt what would have been a poor drink into a crap drink.
The pub was very busy with a mix of age groups, who were mainly having meals.
Not my sort of place at all.

ROB Camra left this review about Warehouse 12.04

Impressive 3 storey pub converted from a wharfside warehouse right on the canalside. Neat leatherlook chairs and dining tables on the inside and plenty of benches outside, ideal on a sunny day like yesterday. Between 4 & 8 during the week they have a promotion where you pay whatever the time is for your main course. e.g. If you buy at 4:14 you pay £4.14 for your food, an unusual idea. There's a small bar with a range of lagers and a solitary handpump that claims it was TT Landlord. Sadly it was actually vinegary cloudy brown sludge. The second pint the barmaid tried to give me was just as bad, but she still didn't turn the pumpclip round!! I ended up with a pint of San Miguel. It's a pleasant place to sit when sunny and the bar has been done out nicely, but the beer was foul.
