This is a pub you have got to go into its not to be missed. We went into The Four Horseshoes on Tuesday day the 5th of July there was nobody in only the landlady two dogs a big ginger tom cat fast asleep on the bar and two cockerels walking round its true you have got to go and see it

This is a smallish pub just off the town centre.
The Four Horseshoes looks oldish from the outside with undressed brick and once inside the pub has been opened out slightly with the bar in the middle and rooms off it but these have no doors and have been opened into the main bar area.
There were no real ales on here with the only bitter being John Smiths smooth crap so i had a Guinness.
The pub was fairly busy with locals and i thought it was nice to see a small pub like this still open.
