Graham Coombs left this review about The Mill

Notably featuring an actual windmill in the central cobbled courtyard which was once owned by Joseph Rank, founder of the eponymous milling company, the pub occupies the buildings to the side. The period buildings to the front house a narrow series of nicely-upholstered seating bays, while the larger extension to the rear holds the bar with a darts area tucked away at the back. Sports TVs are visible throughout, and with a Hull Kingston Rovers match in progress were drawing much attention. Outside there are rows of tables and benches by the mill. Draught beers were Bass, Doom Bar and Timothy Taylor's Golden Best. Better than most in the area.

Alan Winfield left this review about The Mill

The Mill is in east Hull in the summergangs area.
This pub is called the Mill because there is a windmill next to it which looks strange in this part of Hull.
Once inside here there is one longish room that is carpeted and has on olde worlde feel to it,there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Tetley bitter which was a decent drink the other beer was Bombadier.
I thought this was quite a nice comfortable pub to have a few drinks in.
