The White Hart is a very pleasant village pub which caters mainly for locals but which always offers a warm welcome to passers by. There is a single comfortable bar and a large garden, very pleasant in Summer. Food is not always available so it's more somewhere to pop in for a pint and a chat, which I often do when passing at the weekend. Two Fullers ales on - I had the London Pride which was well kept and served at the right temperature. Recommended for a pint any time and makes a good stop on the way into Salisbury as it's just five minutes off the A343 and dos not get overrun with trippers.
