Bar/cafe at the top of the iconic Constitution Hill. Feels a bit like a canteen in a double-glazing firms office but the views more than make up for it. Stocks the full bottled range of Brains ale (including Brains Dark), Brains Smooth on keg and a real ale (Felinfoel last week). Don't expect the beer to be up to much, the Felin keg stout was on the turn. Be aware that the bar is only open when the connecting Cliff Railway is - 7 days a week from mid-March until early November, from 10am to 5pm. Bowling and air hockey available in an adjacent building. Worth a visit for the novelty value.
