Alan Winfield left this review about Bell & Harp

The Bell and Harp is situated at the southern end of Coxbench on the quiet alfreton road, the pub is set above road level.
Once inside there was a small lounge to the right which was in darkness, the main bar is to the left, this is a decent sized room that had a tiled floor and a real fire on the go,the seating was mainly comfy bench type with chairs and small stools, there was a raised area to the front and another raised area to the rear of the room, this had a TV on showing Wigan thrash Everton.
The pub is a Marstons tied house and there were four real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Pedigree which was a very nice drink, the other beers were Banks's Sunbeam,Banks's Mild and Jennings Cumberland.
There was a decent amount of locals in on my Saturday dinner visit and all were drinking beer.
I quite liked this pub and could have happily stayed here for a good session.
