Will Larter left this review about The Bull's Head
A delightful old building in the quiet village of Foolow, near Eyam, with flagstone floors, wood-panelled dining room and an old Tennants mirror over the fireplace, The Bulls Head had four beers on hand pump when last visited. Featured above the bar are a collection of mugs and jugs and a (some would say even more interesting) display of 1920s pin up pictures (“Pictures of Lily”, for those of you familiar with the hit singles of The Who). Very popular for meals in the evening and at weekends, when the car park can get full. Served by the 65 & 66 bus routes to Buxton from Sheffield and Chesterfield respectively.
