Oggwyn Great left this review about The Holly Bush Inn

Half Timbered slightly wonky looking pub dating from the 17th Century , located just off the main road through the village it is easy to miss .
The Public Bar is at the front and shows the pubs age with stone floors and some very low beams , the beam that runs level with the bar is a real nose breaker if you are much over 6 foot , the bar is straight ahead as you enter the narrow main area , a small ancient fireplace is to the right and a log burner to the left side in what looks like an area extended into an adjoining cottage , there is comfy seating around the sides and some modernish tables which look a little out of place .
There is a more modern extension to the rear used for dining and another small room which had a TV (switched off).
Four handpulls on the bar with London Pride , Doombar , Pedigree Amber and Charnwood Salvation.
A nice little pub worth popping in if your in the area , just mind your head .
