A street corner local, larger than I had expected, with several different rooms, but somewhat opened out. There are three hand pumps on the bar, but Pedigree was the only beer available at the time of my visit. There was a lively atmosphere, with friendly banter and a bit of post-Christmas relaxation, people glad to be shot of their extended families for another 12 months, no doubt.
