ROB Camra left this review about Ko Ko Lounge
Bar that is almost like a club after midnight. Downstairs the bar is on the right, there's little in the way of seating, but there are a couple of private rooms to the left. There's also a dancefloor to the left where a live band were playing on my Friday night visit. At the rear there's a smoking patio and the stairs to the 1st floor. Upstairs there's another bar and quite a lot of various seating. It looks like this is the "chill out" lounge area with the music and dancing downstairs. Usual lager taps on the bar alongside a Guinness font. When I asked for a pint of this the barman went to the fridge and pulled out a can!! I refused this and had a Fosters instead. The live band were half decent, although the singer needs to learn the words to some of the songs. I also got £1 off my drink with a flyer given to me at the door. I won't bother visiting again unless the band sound good when I'm passing, but it was OK at 11 p.m. I suspect it gets packed later on.
