Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The King Rufus

For a small village that once had two pubs opposite each other in the old part near the church (as well as the Anchor on the other side of the creek), and then none, it's great to see one of them back open again (even with a few caveats, such as very restricted opening hours and no cask ale). However, the L-shaped interior has been given a tasteful refurbishment, and the front patio is a pleasant spot. The draught beers are Stella, Camden Pale (£5.20), Goose Island Midway and Guinness, plus Stowford Press cider. Additionally, a good selection of 15 bottled ales can be found in the fridges.
