Can echo JAQPTIO’s review below almost word for word, expect there was no cask. After confirmation from the bar that there was indeed none I received what sounded like an insult from one of the toothless twosome in attendance. Charming. Seemingly the chavvy pub in town (jam jar at the picnic and all that), I was therefore unsurprised to see it listed as closed a few days after my visit…

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Swan Hotel
Looked to be an interesting old inn from the outside, but turned out to be a bit of a dive. Only one real ale - Greene King IPA - and that was cloudy. If it really is a hotel, I can't imagine why anybody would consider staying there…
