Now converted back from three houses that previously made the pub up to a single dwelling as it featured on homes under the hammer today.

The Belmont is split into two bars and the larger of them was very busy with karaoke singing locals on my recent Saturday night visit. The smaller of the bars was empty apart from a table of young student lads who were discussing where to head onto next. The woman behind the bar was friendly enough and the Guinness was good, but there is no real ale amongst the standard draught products. There is a pool table, but this was out of action due to the karaoke.
This place is ok for a local boozer, but I wouldn’t travel far to revisit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Belmont
An odd place, which looks so run down from the road that I initially didn't think was open until I saw some up-to-date stickers in the front window. No real ale, so had to go with the keg Courage Best (which I didn't realise was still made). Overall, the sort of backstreet local where you feel you've stepped back in time about four decades as you enter.
