Blimey! I wasn't expecting this when I saw the sign for The Golden Fleece. Expecting to find a traditional pub I ended up in Latino Hell. Its a Rumba, Samba, Bamba, Mamba, Spanish style place. Incessant Latino music was being piped through the speakers and the ever present smell of garlic prawns pervaded the room. Its an open plan place with an alleyway to sit in if its warm in one part and another rather bland area up some steps. There are 2 rather different entrances. 2 handpumps on the bar but sadly Theakstons Old Peculiar and another one Ive forgotten had their clips turned round. Its probably great in Havana but not Chesterfield.
