Alan Hurdle left this review about Peach Tree / C:21 / Spirit

20/08/2013
This is for "The Peach Tree" (the cafe bar in between C:21 and Spirit).
An upmarket trendy cafe bar across the "English Bridge" to the south of Shrewsbury town centre.
Open from 8am 'till "Late". A mixture of modern fittings with a high beamed ceiling with glass chandeliers. Extra seating leads through to the Spirit Champagne bar next door.
The cafe bar is the entrance area which leads to a large complex over two floors, including the Gallery, the White Room, the Windsor Suite, The Curetons Suite, and the Spirit and C:21 nightclubs that are open until 4am at weekend.
The beer as expected is all keg. I bought my half of Boddingtons first to make sure that it was a "pub" before buying a tasty but expensive Italian style snack.
I mark it as a pub only. As a restaurant it may have scored higher.

EDIT: It was keg only on my 2013 visit but now showing a Salopian Shropshire Gold handpump on the bar (Google view inside May 2016).
