Recently re-opened after a major refurb and extension , the bar is straight in front as you enter with a small snug to the right , the main bar area is to the left and has a woodburner at the far end , the room extends around into another room and a large conservatory style dining area , there is another small room at the back of the bar , there are a few large cage style wine racks around in fact the decor is a bit fussy for me , its not quite right .
Usual keg taps and ten handpulls , doubled up with five either side of the bar , two are given over to cider and the rest to Shropshire beers from Woods , Six Bells , Stonehouse , Three Tuns and Tunnfield , my pint of Devils Chair was fine .
Its pretty food led in here but has a good selection of ales and decent service , worth a visit
