An uninspiring modern pub on the main road, with no real ale. The only redeeming features were some b&w photos of Hull KR's team in the late 19th century and street scenes in Hull. I had a whisky but I think I may have been charged for a double although I only had a single; that, or it's very expensive whisky, that Glenfiddich.

The pilot is on the corner of beverley road and greenwood road and this is a very busy road junction.
This pub looked like a quite smart food orientated pub from the outside but once inside the pub was quite smart carpeted throughout and had comfortable seating but the pub was really dead inside no music tvs or customers and very little beer either.
There were four keg beers on the bar i asked for Mansfield dark but this had ran out so i asked for Mansfield bitter this had also ran out and the mansfield smooth had gone too so it was a choice of Marstons smooth crap or nothing i had the Marstons smooth and it was as described earlier.
This pub seemed in a sorry state i hope things pick up for it or it could close down.
