Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Tudor House Hotel

One of landmark buildings in the historic centre of this market town, and still offering accommodation (which is short supply around here...). The opened-out and modernised L-shaped bar was quiet when I first saw it, but later on a Friday evening the karaoke was in full swing (although a couple of determined souls were also playing pool). Thankfully, there is also a 'hidden' first-floor decking terrace area, which was deserted when I went to sup my pint of Rantipole from Three Tuns (£3.40).

Though this looks like an olde worlde looking pub its actually a hotel. The interior is a small L-shaped room. The bar has 2 handpumps with one unused and the other having a reversed clip. The place is comfortable enough but its not really pubby. Its ok but if you want a pub atmosphere you're out of luck here.

The Tudor House Hotel is a nice looking black and white pub from the outside.
Once inside there is a single L shaped room which had a beamed ceiling, there were mainly normal tables and chairs with a few leather settees to the far left, the room was carpeted throughout and looked fairly smart.
There were two pumps on the bar with one unclipped, the one real ale was Brecon Welsh Beacons which was a decent drink.
The pub was quite busy with older people drinking coffee and having cakes.
I thought this was a decent enough pub to have a couple of drinks in.

Quiet sort of bar in historic building, with the decided feel of a small hotel. Beers ok - Youngs Ordinary sampled was fine. Could be worse.
