Seem to have stopped selling ale.

This venue bar had been re-furbished by M&B and now sells two real ales - Fullers London Pride and Sharps' Doom Bar. I reckon the beers are sold via the new Fast Cask system through those new style handpumps. Will try them out shortly...

Ha Ha Bar incarnation:
Situated on the old Chav Alley, having relocated from Kings Road a few years back. No real ale but does Bombardier in bottles. The outside seating/view is pleasant on a summer's day.
