A pub was badly damaged in an early morning blaze which engulfed the ground floor.
The Parkhouse, Pilsley Road, Danesmoor, Chesterfield, which has been empty about a year, was found alight yesterday, at about 2.45am.
At the height of the blaze there were about 50 firefighters, with crews using an aerial ladder platform to drench the flames from above. The building has been declared structurally unsound.

Four cask ales on the pumps and six ciders has to be a must and the steak and ale pie has to be eaten to be believed best home cooked pie ever

Defintely a must for sunday lunch food is well priced and plentifull and a bonus serves real ale from scotland and a good pint of the local brew
