Soup Dragon left this review about The Quayside Inn

This pub is actually an upstairs room with stairway access. There is a wood faced balcony area at the back (pictured).

The upstairs room itself is a square room in red, white and a bit of stone, with white ceiling and wood floor and a fireplace. There were some footy shirts adorning the walls and a couple of TVs showing footy. It was busy with a younger clientele and one chap seemed to be serving everyone at the bar that wanted a drink at the same time, so being on a tight schedule, i nipped out, especially as there was no real ale on (the Doombar clip was turned around) and it was just serving the general tap drinks.

I would have happily stayed for a swift half of Guinness had everyone not inundated the bar at the same time. For the youngies reading this, it looks more of your kind of place.
