Komakino . left this review about The Brogue

An Irish bar on the end of a parade of shops a mere hundred yards or so from Boston Manor Tube. This an oblong room which extends back from the entrance to a small, raised area at the back, which is ramshackle in appearance with a rolled-up carpet, step ladder and mountain bike against one wall, and various taped-up boxes elsewhere (although there are three small tables and chairs). The bar is to the right on entry (no real ale) and three TV screens - one at the entrance, middle and end of the room - screened horse-racing, cricket and football respectively. Third-height wood panelling, cream-painted walls, green-painted cornices and a burgundy ceiling with diagonal fake wood beams had a handful of Irish sporting flags affixed to it. Plenty of stools up against the bar and more standard seating against the right-hand wall, with moveable bench seats against the wall. Various paraphernalia dotted around the walls including grandfather clocks, mounted clay pipes, Gaelic Football teams and horse-racing photos and prints. The Guinness was £3.50 and as decent as you'd expect and although semi-busy (there must have been around 20 customers in) the atmosphere seemed a little subdued.
