Reported that the owning pubco, Enterprise Inns, has declared area is a "development site" and licensee given notice to quit
It is believed pub will close soon, but uncertain if building will remain, be demolished, or what happens next
Update, 26 April 2011, the above has been denied by publican to local newspaper, good news by sound of it
