Becoming rather weathered due to its seaside location, this Brewer’s Fayre pub sits well with the other seaside attractions on the eponymous pier. Although it isn’t really a pier as such, it just feels like one. It offers wonderful views across the Eastern Solent, especially from the glazed terrace at the front. It has a very 1960s seaside feel to it, the décor is basic and there is a pudding cabinet in the bar. The food is pretty ordinary – mass produced, reheated slop – but the good news was the presence of Wadworths 6X at a reasonable price for the area. There is WiFi, a gaming machine and a mute TV screen for those who find the nearby amusements insufficient. Unruly children are welcome, but well-behaved dogs are not, although the latter can sit outside. OK for a refreshing pint if you’re walking along the seafront

A Brewers Fayre pub /eatery attatched to a Premier Travel Inn. Big car park and reasonable access to bar area and disabled toilet. A comfortable spot to sit and watch the ships go by. The big windows can make the bar area very warm on a sunny day. The Ringwood49er was an ok drink.Disabled parking is free but the park is regularly visited by Wardens with a liberal supply of tickets.

Takes it's name from the nearby pier. Sited on the seafront the perspex screens should stop any sea spray

As it is adjacent to the funfair, and has good views of passing ships, my guess is this would be busy in the summer months

Serves food, not tried the beers yet
