Update further to 15/06/13 As confirmed by PW closed. Now sold at auction by Christie's and Co for £180,000 and now has a planning application for conversion 2 flats within the pub building and 3 terraced houses within the remaining footprint. Mr & Mrs Cake are developing it.

PW 15/06/13 reported closed and a possible loss. TBC if and when I pass it next.
