The White Lion is a pretty ordinary looking pub that is situated on a quiet street just off the inner ring road.
Once inside this pub is a lot better with three rooms,i went in a smallish bar which was to the left,this room had a stone floor and a mixture of seating types,there is a larger room to the right which runs to the back of the pub there is a Bar Billiards table in this room and there is a lounge to the rear of the pub,all rooms had a stone floor and seemed basic but in a nice way.
There were around six pumps on the bar all with two clips on,there were four Milton beers on i had a drink of Milton Dionysus which was a very nice well kept drink, the other beers i noted were Milton Nero and Pegasus and a beer from Brewsters,there was also six real Ciders which were on the second pump clips.
This pub seemed very friendly and is the sort of pub i could stay in for a good session,if you are in this area of Norwich make sure you give this pub a go, you wont be dissapointed.
