Bar restaurant with quite a large dark interior. As with many pubs/bars in the area it’s not about a session just alcohol down your neck before hitting the stadium.

I think that this place is trying to be a pub, Indian restaurant and night club, which doesn’t work very well in my opinion. It was certainly the only empty establishment in the area early last Thursday afternoon when there was a Kiss concert on at the Wembley Arena. Most of the seating was stacked against the wall leaving only three tables free of which only one was being used by a small group. I decided to sit at one of the other free tables as I kept sliding off the plastic bar stools that looked like they had been lifted from a milkshake bar. I also had to keep my wits about me when walking to the table as most of the flooring is made up of shiny white tiles and I should have taken heed when reading the warning signs about the floor being slippery when wet – yes, very slippery.

The projector screen was rolled up and one of the two plasma screens was on a Brit-Asia music channel, but there are advertisements for Sky Sports so football is shown when it is on. There is a pool table that was cutting a lonely figure in the middle of the room and a couple of fruit machines can be found against the wall.

The bar is pretty well stocked with plenty of the usual draught products alongside Leffe, Hoegarden and Cobra which I imagine is present to accompany the curry menu. The small guy working the bar was polite and the Guinness was pretty good, but I thought that these were the bars only redeeming features.

I would walk past if in the area again.
