Steve C left this review about The Witch

The Witch Inn is tucked out of the way in a very affluent part of West Sussex. The front entrance opens into an L-shaped bar area with wooden flooring. The bar counter on the rear wall is flanked by seating areas, both of which have a fireplace. Stools line the bar counter and to the left some steps lead down to a rear seating area and a snug with large table to the left. Out the back is a large beer garden with a marquee and picnic tables. The pub was empty because the locals and their families were enjoying the Saturday afternoon sun out back. There was some very sedate background music playing and there is no television here.
The bar supports four handpumps that were drawing 360 Brewing’s Session IPA and Longman’s Best. Two handpumps were unused. There is also a premium keg selection. This is a food led pub so many of the tables were set for dining. The cheeseburger is priced at £14.50, which is about average for the area. This pub is closed on Mondays and Tuesday and has restaurant hours on the other days, except for Saturdays when it is open all day. I found the staff to be very friendly, as were the locals. I wouldn’t go here just for a beer again, but I would return to eat with the family.
