Graham Coombs left this review about Tafarn Tanerdy

A food-dominated Brains pub out near the hospital. The range of low white buildings built on the side of a hill seem to include old ones joined together with new build. Most of the action takes place in one large barn of a room, which has a bar and stone partition in the centre. Leading off down the hill there is a carvery open at busy times and a function room, while there are rows of tables on the extensive grassed areas outside. Draught ales were Bitter and Rev James and condition seemed ok (Cask Marque). Food is quite corporate and perhaps a bit heavy on the fried.
