Steve C left this review about Ashley Brook

The Ashley Brook is a large two roomed Holt’s pub with a lounge bar to the right and public bar with pool table and dartboard to the left. Televisions are located throughout for watching live football, but during a recent midweek afternoon visit muted Racing TV was on whilst greatest hits radio played. The bar supports the usual Holts keg and the two banks of three handpumps were all badged with Holts Bitter. The service was polite, but I don’t plan to revisit.

The Ashley Brook was a fairly modern pub when i visited it as the pub was built in 1990.
This is a bare brick built pub and once inside the pub has got two decent sized rooms,i had a drink in the bar which was quite comfortable with bench seating, the lounge looked quite nice and was carpeted.
This pub is a Joseph Holt tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Holts bitter and this was a really nice drink the other beer was Holts mild.
I quite liked this pub and it was a good addition to this area of Salford.
