A pretty dire basement bar. A raised area surrounded by railings is where you first pass on entering before descending a few more steps to the servery area. Its all blue paint on the walls and a few tellies dotted around. Its cheap ale and therefore had a lot of jolly pensioners in before the shite piles in in the evening I guess. Not great but its not too bad a... oh who am I kidding? Its crap.

A soulless cellar bar under the Britannia hotel. Low class fixtures and fittings and loads of TVs. No real ale of course but a half of Carlsberg was only 95p, so very cheap. Not the classiest of places and full of cheapskates.
