E TA left this review about The Coppleridge Inn

This rural, family-owned country inn is in converted farm buildings in its own extensive grounds with parkland and pleasant gardens. The bedrooms are around a central circular courtyard adjacent to the converted barn which houses two dining areas and a bar. One of the dining rooms is on a mezzanine, which helps keep the rustic feel. The bar is in a central arched room which again feels rural yet comfortable. Food is locally sourced, freshly cooked and predictably pricey. Ales was also expensive, but it was in perfect condition and served with a smile by a cheerful young barmaid. Two ales were on draught, bath Gem and Sixpenny 6d Best Bitter. The perfect spot for a special occasion or just a quiet pint.
