The Gun & Spitroast, Tonbridge

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Gun & Spitroast

Old inn opposite the village green that has been updated inside and now looks less gloomy than it once did (with more exposed timberwork and less furniture). Slightly opened-out, but it still retains two separate rooms; the main bar with a pool table and more of a dining room beyond the central serving area. The rear beer garden has also been extended and modernised, with various flowers and shrubs in planters adding welcome colour. On this first revisit for nine years, I found Long Man Best Bitter and Scaramanga Extra Pale from Gun Brewery (£4.00) available from two of the three handpumps.
