Rude unfriendly staff.
Pay before you eat then if theres a problem with any of the food they refuse to acknowledge it.
Mains courses were very nice but starter of mussels in a cream and wine sauce were sent back. The landlords response the cream is curdled theyre supposed to be like that.
Never been treated in such an appalling manner as in this place and we eat out often.
Would never return and we spend alot of time in Penrith.
