This is a truly lovely village innn with roaring log fires, beautiful flowers, real church candles and the most divine food, On Saturday while passing from Lechlade to Burford and on a friend's recommendation that very day we ate there, atmosphere lovely, I had cod and chips but so special I didn't need ketchup! My friend had pork belly with creamy dauphinois and spinach, heavenly, new management they say, all changed within a week, great chef, and rooms start at 55 quid in the most beautiful village/region of England, so I recommend highly, I attach a photo of the house near the pub called Little Peacock to show the beauty of the place, even in the snow!
