Well can not say a lot nice and clean when we called in no one else in 4-30 on a wednesday afternoon Had a pint of Robinson,s Unicorn which was warm probably the first off.

The girl said hello served us then went to the end of the bar back to her phone and played on it that really p----s us off when you go into pubs sadly you see it all the time. Theres a lot of lonely people that go into pubs just for a chat in the daytime people thats on there own with no one some times they are a pain but would never want to end up on my own

The Sycamore is situated on the very edge of Ashton,go any further east and you are in Stalybridge.
The pub is bare brick built,i was looking forward to doing this pub because it is a Robinsons tied house.
Once inside the pub had a single room that i noticed, the bar faced and the room was carpeted, the room seemed very sterile in my opinion with everything looking new and in is proper place.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Robinsons bitter which was a decent drink, the other beer was Robinsons Hatters mild.
This pub was a bit of a dissapointment.
