Graham Coombs left this review about Williams

A slightly upmarket (or as close as Huddersfield gets) bar near the station with a reasonably-swish interior but a decided whiff of garlic from the pizza kitchen. There are two sets of three handpumps (don't overlook the second set when choosing) with ales from the likes of Bingley and Little Critters, plus a wall bank of 10 craft taps, mostly mainstream. A complete contrast to the ale houses nearby but not unpleasant.

Old Boots left this review about Williams

Former “haircut bar” still with that sort of modern interior but with six pulls, 10 keg taps, as well as Gin. Two sections to the place with tall seating at the front round the side located counter. Beyond is a longer room with cafeteria type seating and a pool table, plus a couple of screens for sports. More pool tables, comfy armchairs, screens and toilets are in the basement. Only three beers on, Tetley, Oaks East Coast Pale and Ossett White Rat which had turned but was changed pleasantly and with alacrity, just as it should be.
