Blue Scrumpy left this review about The Queen Victoria

Marston's pub tucked away, but in close proximity to both the pier and the tram station to the Great Orme. It operates some kind of community toilet scheme, which is good to know since the only toilets on the pier itself are at the far end of a lengthy pier and they often have queues.

Regular beers are Marston's Pedigree & Banks's Amber. The guest beer was Marston's Dragon Ale, which turned out to be a particularly insipid Marston's beer.

The bar is in the centre of a comfortable room, with tables all around. A few people were arriving to dine despite it being fairly early on a Monday evening.

A comfy (if a little jaded) early 80’s plush hotel feel in here, which I immediately felt at home in. A staple-shaped interior done-out in red and cream with some dark wood touches, brass chandeliers and a fully carpeted floor. A Marstons house with four pumps though disappointingly just two on; Pedigree (NBSS 3.5) and Banks Amber (2.5). Amusement provided by the three ladies talking about an abscess on one of their arses. With a bit of gentle TLC and a bit more oomph behind the bar, this could be a great pub. 7.5

Graham Coombs left this review about The Queen Victoria

A comfortable establishment with the feel of a small hotel and a general emphasis on food. 5 handpumps offered beers from the wider Marston's range. Pleasant enough, especially if eating.

A proper pub just round the corner from the seafront and pier. Seems popular for food. Nice open fire and friendly service. 4 ales on - Banks's Amber, Pedigree, Hobgoblin and Dragon Ale. I went for the latter which was excellent. Well worth a visit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Queen Victoria

Attractive and welcoming pub set just a short distance back from the pier end of the seafront. Partly opened-out at some stage to leave an 'U'-shaped bar with another small seating area off the side of one of the branches. Also has a patio terrace at the front (and noticeably more civilised than that on the rowdy 'wine bar' next door). Five real ales from the Marston's stable on handpump, including EPA, Banks's Bitter (£3.25), Pedigree and Forty Niner.

A lovely pub that even the seagulls like to eat at. Beware of these swooping down to finish off any food left on the tables outside!

Good looking pub that won Marston's Pub Of The Year for 2012. Popular with the older end of the market during my visit. Hobgoblin, Banks's Bitter, Pedigree and two changing ales from the Marston's extended stable on the bar. I had a couple of pints of Wychwood Wychmyst which was in very good condition. It's definitely one of the better pubs in Llandudno and I'll certainly visit again if in the area.

Malden man left this review about The Queen Victoria

A large Victorian pub with a central island bar, carpeted and with plenty of traditional seating. The pub is knocked through into one big space nowadays but the original, probably four room layout is evidenced by the beams and fireplaces. The pub is very clean and tidy with polished woodwork, brass chandeliers and has a warm feel with red lower walls, chimney breasts and curtains. Close to the front and pier the pub also has excellent views of the Orme from the outdoor front terrace. Food served all day until 9pm in the bar and there is also a more formal restaurant upstairs, although I didn't take a look. Quiz night advertised on a Thursday.
There were five handpumps on the bar, serving Jennings Cocker Hoop, Banks Bitter, Marstons EPA and Pedigree plus Hobgoblin. Mansfield Bitter on keg plus the usual suspects.
A pleasant and well run pub with a friendly welcome.
