A good pub but not the best in Conwy (that'll be The Albion). Has a thin bar room to the left which leads to a beer garden out back. You can also reach the beer garden via a passageway at the front. Real ale is available.

UPDATE This continues as the best pub in Conwy with a friendly atmosphere and good food and drink. Becomes very much a regulars pub in the evenings.

Decent drinkers pub with a good community feel to it but I felt a bit like an outsider. Old Speckled Hen, Directors, Abbot and Bass, plus Addlestones and Old Rosie ciders. Beer garden at the rear.

Clean and welcoming pub with good beer and food. Can get a bit crowded at times as it is quite narrow but is probably the best all round pub in Conwy. Attentive and friendly staff. Big Tv which is unobtrusive but the music sometimes is-especially outside. Truly awful games machine which nobody seems to use taking up table space! Very pleasant bar and beer garden at rear.
