Old Boots left this review about Crown Inn

A three room village pub with a dining room to the left beyond a family/dining area, there's a traditional bar to the right. This is split by the counter into a front and rear area, the rear being popular with the younger customers who take advantage of the free wifi by BTFon. Composed of a mix of exposed stone and plastered walls with partly flag and partly tiled floors. Traditionally furnished with benches, round wooden tables and short stools in the bar, obviously tables and chairs in the dining areas. A mass of fairy lights on all ceilings and mainly mirrors on the walls with a bit of country décor in the form of guns and traps. There is also a pull down projection screen in the main bar. Four hand pumps with just two in use when I visited, Buckley Best bitter and a guest from Cottage which was off, but was instantly changed and taken off. That reflects the excellent level of service given here. Two T-bars of usual lagers, cider & stout provide the keg choice. Family and dog friendly and with Cask Marque.
