Looks like the end is near for this one , full planning given for demolition and 21 houses to be built on site .

Nice old roadside pub with a selection of 4 ales including Hob goblin.Very good value food and freindly staff.Reconmened Has its own rugby team

The Red Lion is a large pub on the northern edge of Nantwich.
This was a Greenalls tied house when i went in here there was a large smart room and also a seperate dining area.
There were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Greenalls bitter which was a bit tasteless the other beer was John Smiths.
