This is the first pub I have ever been into that has had a dual player Sega Rally machine in it. There are also 2 pool tables and, apparently, a couple of full size snooker tables upstairs that are off limits at the weekends as they have guests staying up there. I'm not sure if these guests sleep on the tables or not!
The barmaid/landlady was ok, if maybe a little disinterested and the Abbot had turned. The Courage Best was off, but there was a selection of standard lagers available along with John Smiths and Guinness.
If you are looking for a sports bar with plasmas and games you could do far worse than drink here. If however you are looking for a quiet drink whilst sampling the fine ales I doubt that you would walk into a pub called the Nuthouse in the first place.
