Graham Coombs left this review about The Old Brewery

Despite its name, this is a new build large and fairly uninteresting modern place from Stonegate, with décor possibly designed to appeal to the feminine gender. A row of tables outside along the pavement did not attract much. Four handpumps claimed 3 Rebellion beers and Doom Bar, but sadly they follow the objectionable policy of not reversing pump clips so it is not easy to tell what is actually available. Overall a bit disappointing.

Komakino . left this review about The Old Brewery

Marginally better than what came before and with a nod in its new name to the former Wethered Brewery which was located in the town centre. A long bar against the left-hand wall offered four different ales - two nationals in Doom Bar and London Pride and IPA and Roasted Nuts from the local Rebellion camp (£3.95 for the latter). Surprisingly they also had five real ciders and perries from Lilley's in boxes behind the bar. More a faux-Lloyd's No.1 with meal deals for different nights of the week, loud muzak, numerous screens showing sport and a central, boarded area ready for quick table and chair removal. One for an early PM visit - leave them to it anytime after 5.

Quinno _ left this review about The Slug & Lettuce

Usual Slug stylings - a 1970s disco interior, gaudy wallpaper, glass ceiling and bar back. Was fairly impressed to see three ales clipped, however the slack-jawed staff mumbled that the Doom Bar and Rebellion Smuggler were both actually unavailable (sigh), leaving a lacklustre and weirdly fizzy Rebellion IPA as the only choice. Verdict: the management might possibly be trying here but staff certainly aren't.

This is probably like most other Slug and Lettuces i dont normally go in this type of pub but we had run out of pubs to do in Marlow and it was raining so we went in here it has one large room and it was very busy with lots of familys dining.
There was one real ale on the bar which was Deuchars IPA i know it has had lots of awards from camra but i dont get on with this drink at all,it was probably served well but i did'nt like the taste of this beer.
