A much-extended roadside pub in rural surroundings, with a heavy emphasis on food. The old part of the pub at the front has some nice windows, while a large dining area at the back is carpeted and tabled throughout. A garden at the rear includes a children's adventure area. Regular draught beers are Flacks Double Drop and Old Speckled Hen with interesting changing guests (Fine Tuned Pitch Perfect). The food is standard pub fare but ok, and there was plenty of room when other pubs nearby were full.
