This pub has been closed since early 2012.
Plans were recently submitted to demolish the Oak and Yaffle in Ashley and build eight houses on the site.
Despite the support of many local residents, the scheme was rejected by New Forest planners as being too cramped.
But will be submitted again, so unlikely that this will ever come back as a pub
