From the outside the pub looks older than it really is, in fact its part of the Elvetham Heath development completed in 2008, the pub itself is around ten years old. A reasonable looking pub given its age from the outside, upon entering the interior is more akin to a family restaurant,lots of seating designed for dining, you can however make use of the seating for drinking purposes and their is room for the same at the bar area, also plenty of outside seating for the summer months. A Hall and Woodhouse establishment and it is their beers that are exclusively available,usually three with Tanglefoot usually available plus seasonal variations.Not a place I would attend often despite being a short drive from my doorstep,not really my cup of tea.

purpose built pub/restaurant for the Elvetham Heath development, more of a restaurant than pub although the Hall and Woodhouse ales are very well kept.Not a place I would go for more than a pint,and only then I would have to be passing and thirsty.
