This community pub on the Grange Estate shut in January when Greedy King said it was no longer viable as a pub.
Then shockingly it was announced that a deal had been struck between GK and Tesco's to turn it into a Tesco Express after the pub owners bought the freehold of the land from North hertfordshire CC in early Feb.
What hope have the local people and local businesses got when their own local CC treats them so shabbily.
